Bloating is a
big hurdle when it comes to achieving a flat belly.
Bloating is
when you eat or drink something which is not suited to your body and it makes

daily for an extended period of time will lead to an extra grown stomach so it
is suggested to sleep on your back.
5. Consistency:
Any thing you
do in life needs consistency, whether its losing weight or getting fit or any
other goal, it takes consistency.
So, keep
following the above-mentioned tips and you will successfully geta flat stomach.
For some of you it might take a month for some
