    But there are some things that we do not pay much attention to which are killing us.

     

    There are some daily habits of us which are so minor but in the long term, they are the most lethal mistakes you can make.

    1. Biting Your Nails:

     

    There are a lot of germs underneath your nails which you don't want to get inside your system.

     

    Because they are freaking harmful and full of bacteria.

     

    Make sure your nails are always trimmed to a perfect length and are not filthy.

     

    They should not have any gunk underneath them.

     

    They should be clean all the time.

     

    If you ever stress out and feel like chewing on your nails, do something else.

     

    Crush a paper or maybe just relax.

     




    2. Skipping breakfast:

     

    Skipping this meal of the day can be lethal as it can increase the chances of getting heart attack and decreased energy levels.

     

    When you eat within a short period of time of waking up,

    it increases your metabolism and you can digest food much quicker throughout the day.

     

     






    3. Bad Posture:

     

    Sitting with a bad posture crushes your organs.

     

    It makes you look less attractive and also significantly reduces your lifespan.

     

    Whenever you sit, stand or lie down make sure you have the right posture.

     

    It gets rid of any stress on your spine, making you look taller, more attractive and decreasing the chances of any spinal issues.

     





    4. Skipping Flossing;

     

    When it comes to dental health, most of the people I know do not floss their teeth.

     

    It is a very big mistake because it leads to stuck food in your mouth which can cause stomach diseases, heart diseases and diabetes.

     

    It also attracts cavities and a lot of other dental issues.

     

    So never even think of skipping on flossing.






    5. Watching Too Much TV:

     

    When you are watching TV, you are just sitting and your blood does not circuit well.

     

    This leads to many heart diseases, cholesterol, and various physical issues.

     

    Make sure to take a few breaks in between, and also reduce the time you watch TV.

     

     

     


    6. Sitting Too Much in The Sun:

     

    We all love sitting in the sun and getting a tan but little do we know that sun is super harmful to us.

     

    Sitting too long in the sun just burns al the melanin in the skin.

     

    It leads to skin cancer, sun spots, sun burns, and other skin related diseases.

     

    Now, you shouldn’t cut off sun completely, instead apply at least SPF 30 before you leave your house.

     

     

     

     

     


    7. Binge Eating:

     

    Do not mistake eating energy bar with eating whole bag of chips when you are bored.

     

    Because, the second option makes you more and more obese.

     

    And there are numbers of health problems related with snacking on bad food.

     

    So, make sure to snack on healthy things,





    8. Pain Killers:

     

    You can take them if you are in pain.

     

    But if you take too much of them for example Aspirin, it can cause low/high blog pressure, headaches, vomiting, poisoning, stomach issues, heart attack and a lot of deadly diseases.
